When To Update eDrive

I am running a beta of High Sierra (Mac OS 10.13.6) and I was wondering when should I update my eDrive. The irritation–"problem" is too strong a word–is that the beta updates two or three times a month and I really don't want to update the eDrive every time a High Sierra update is released.

You advice is appreciated.
