Unable To pass 'GO'

I'm attempting to upgrade TTP from 12 to 13, but nothing happens whenever I click on the 'GO' tab.


I have successfully logged into my account with every browser. But for some reason Tor shows, what I believe to be is British currency, instead of Canadian currency.

All browsers are up to date.

Safari - Brave
Firefox - Opera
Safari Technology Review - Sea Monkey
Tor - Vivaldi


The Serial Number that I provide is without a doubt, correct.

And the SN from both my online account, and the one shown with 'About TechTool Pro 12', match.

The attachment shows what I'm presented with one I've typed in the correct serial number. Clicking on 'GO' does nothing.
