eDrive not responding

iMac 5k, 27-inch, 2017. 3.8 GHz i5. 24gb RAM. MacOS Big Sur version 11.2.3 and TechTool Pro 13.0.2.

Hello,I created an eDrive and booted up but all TechTool Pro (spinning beach ball) and the System's Startup Disk (System preference error) and logging into my Apple account doesn't proceed. The TTpro app is reporting "Application not responding".. Startup disk will not go beyond "Authenticating...". I tried logging into my Apple account and I'm able to type in my user name password and type in the 2 factor authentication code but it times out. I have to type it all in again. I have to "Force quit" to close the application windows! What should I do? HELP, I need to get back to work! How do I get back to my normal system? I just sent an email to support with screen grabs and my System Profile. Plus, how do I get rid of an old Mac OS X Basic macOS 10.15.4 partition? Regards.
