So, it appears Protogo will let me run Atomic and SuperDuper if I choose a Basic system install, but won't install on a partition. Atomic and SD won't run on Minimal, which is a bummer because I want Atomic to have access to as much RAM as possible. So I can get the apps I want that way, but not on a partition, and with a fatter OS ram requirement than I'd like.
TT9 eDrive will install on a partition, but it's apparently a limited OS (I assume similar to Protogo's Minimal) and won't run the other apps... or any other apps, as far as I can tell.
What's the best way to accomplish a bootable partition (really don't want to reformat my entire 1TB drive to add a 30GB partition) with limited OS ram requirements, but still able to run Atomic and SuperDuper?
