I regrettable purchased TechTools 9.0.1 (September 29, 2016) for my iMac running macOS Sierra only to find out that the complete software product does not work. I have been patiently waiting for an update but none has been forthcoming from TechTools. I feel like I've been had !!!
I am very very disappointed with my purchase. TechTools 9.0.1 should have advertised, in CAPITAL BOLD LETTERS, that "THIS PRODUCT IS NOT COMPLETE. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK." If so, I would not have purchased the product until it was complete.
In the future, I for one, will hesitate purchasing products from TechTools. Why? Because I purchased a product that does not work as advertised. Such a total disrespect for the customer!!!
