Possible virus/malware

I recently installed TTP9 and created an eDrive on my Mac. I use Webroot SecureAnyWhere for virus protection. It has flagged a file on my eDrive as malware. The file is named (OSX.Genieo.1.r). It is part of a file in the coreservices folder called MRT.app. Is this really a virus or will deleting it cause problems with TTP9?
