MachineProfile Quit Unexpectedly

Just downloaded and installed MachineProfile. As soon as the app opens, it quits. "Problem Report for MachineProfile keeps asking me if I want to reopen, but it quits again.

Please advise.

I am sing the app on High Sierra 10.13.1, iMac.
