On November 28, 2017 I purchased a copy of TechTool Pro 9.6. I had mistakenly assumed that the download was a courteousy and that a BackUp DVD of Techtool Pro 9 was being shipped to me. Obviously I was mistaken as I said. I had missed the "Add TechTool Pro 9.6 backup DVD for only $12.99" on the order form. My bad but I still want to buy the TechTool Pro 9.6 backup DVD.
