TTPro 9.6.2 cannot select Directory Backup or Trash History on my SSD boot volume.

I have a 2016 MacBook Pro and macOS 10.13.4. I was told during 9.5 that TTP didn't work on SSDs, but I figured 9.6.2 would work. Does these still not work on my hardware?

I can select both on my external platter disk, however.
