This may be my first post...so please bare with me.
Not unlike many occasions through the years, I used "Volume Rebuild" in the ToolBox for regular maintenance, only this time, when the process ended the Mac Book Pro wouldn't fully boot. The Apple logo would appear and then the MacBook would shut down. Using Apple utilities fixed a miscount 2 lines of something, can't recall, but that didn't help the issue.
I have TTP 5 for OS 10.6.8 and and old TTP 4 for OS 9or 8? and a newer TTP 7, and in all the years of using this product, it has never ruined an OS installation. I wish I knew a simple way to fix this issue, my solution required an new installation on a fresh drive, and a full data migration. I feel a little foolish here, I was about to acquire TTP 8 for my El-Capitan computers, but now I feel reluctant, or out of my league?
Please advise.
