Volume Rebuild Fails - how to fix?

Conducted tests, found fails in Volume Structures for both external and internal drives.
Ran Volume rebuild for the external drive. Worked.
Ran Volume rebuild (booted from external edrive) for internal drive. Failed. How to fix? Is there one?
