I opened TechTool Pro 11 as there was notification of an update to be installed, and I figured that I would do it through "Check for updates" within the application. A window opened immediately (before I had installed any update), saying "Please enter your serial number." I do that, hit the OK button, and immediately the same window reopens. I closed the application and reopened it; same problem. I updated the application; same problem. This is a new problem that did not exist when I first installed the application. I am sure about the correct serial number, so it cannot be a problem there. How do I get out of this unending loop and be able to use TechTool Pro again?
