Upgrade dilemma from 10 to 11

I have read that TechTool Pro 11 has version 11.01 , 11.02 and apparently very recently 11.03 .

According to MachineProfile version 1.3.6 ( Micromat ) the Maximum Supported Operating System is macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) for my desk top iMac ( late 2009 edition ) .

Do i really need to upgrade ? In all my reading about TechTool Pro 11 there is no apparent benefit for my system and computer to upgrade .

I would certainly appreciate your professional opinion and guidance . Perhaps others using these forums may also find your response informative .
