Insufficient Workspace to Continue on Volume rebuild

Why I bought the program...to rescue this 1TB Apple SSUBX SSD that I installed Mojave on with APFS to and was using fine for a while.
I saw a 2TB Apple Polaris at a great price so jumped on it and reinstalled Mojave on to the 1TB SSUBX.

Testing the 1 TB Apple SSUBX, Mojave never completly loads. I went into disk utility and kept getting a failure.
I even tried internet recovery.

So, lets try Techtool Pro...and I get Insufficient work space to continue.

Help?
