Mac version 10.7.5 Lion and Protogo

I have what I refer to as one of my legacy iMac's running Lion ( mac version 10.7.5 ) and using TechTool Pro 7 for maintenance .

Is it possible to create/use a Protogo USB drive for maintenance ?
