Booting Techtool Pro 10 on 2007 MacBook

I manage Apple MacBooks from 2006 through 2010. I created the Protogo flash drive on an iMac running El Capitan. This boots on the 2009 and 2010 MacBooks, but will not boot on a 2006-2008 MacBook.
How can I create a Protogo boot drive that will work wth these earlier MacBooks?
