Trying to add devices to Battery Check

I have other devices that I'm trying to check battery health but can't get them to show up in list. I've followed the manuals direction to connect the device first then open TTP but that doesn't work. I've also tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned. Restarting computer and device.
The devices are other iPhones and iPads used by other members of my household.
I'm running MacOS 10.15.7 and TTP 103.0.2.
