Do I need to Upgrade?!

I'm running version 12.0.4 on a MacPro 3,1 running Mojave 10.14.6 and am going to stay here. Do I need to Upgrade to Version 13 of Tech Tool. To tell the truth, I have really used it much. Just turn it on and watch all the dials. When I have had issues, TT has done nothing to help.
