There are many users, the majority of them probably relatively new, who appear not to understand (perhaps through no fault of their own) that the purpose of the hardware is to run the operating system, and the purpose of the operating system is to run the applications, which allow the user to accomplish some useful task. Upgrading the operating system before the applications are compatible with it is an exercise in user-induced frustration.
I worked in computer support for 25 years. In all my experience I NEVER HAD A SOFTWARE COMPANY RELEASE SOFTWARE BEFORE IT WAS COMPATIBLE AND WORKED WITH THE OPERATING SYSTEM OF THE COMPUTER. YOU ARE THE FIRST!!!
TechTools releasing software before it works with macOS Sierra, in my opinion, is a (WORD OMITTED BY Poster) disgrace. RELEASING THE APPLICATION BEFORE IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE CURRENT Mac OS OPERATING SYSTEM IS AN INDUCED FRUSTRATION PERPETRATED BY MICROMAT !!! So don't blame the users. If you released TechTools Pro v9 when it worked with macOS Sierra, there wouldn't be this problem and users wouldn't be sitting around with a piece of software that doesn't work!!!
I want my money back!!!
