Have new TTP 9.6.1 will not work on High Sierra Mac OS 10.13.2

Hello guys ...

I purchased $!9 for the update on December 14th ... got the High Sierra downloaded (4 hours). The OS started up but I can not launch World of Tanks ... nor ... does Tech Tool Pro 9 work on defragmenting the hard drive. TTP opens up .. I click on the hard drive to examine ... 2 seconds later ... literally that fast ... TTP stops and says it is all completed.

Now get this .. when I asked TTP to run a 'Preview Optimization' ... that is even worse ... another 2 seconds later of no work .. TTP then tells me the optimization run is completed ... no listing of preview fragmentation.

I am sure TTP will work eventually .. but right now .. it is not worth spit.

PS .. I added 8 screen shots showing the TTP window open and me clicking on preview .. and run optimization ... along with what happens after. The 'Add File' button below the topic subject write up works ... shows me through the browser .. the files I want to upload. I click on them .. and apparently nothing happens. Maybe you got them .. I dunno.
