Maybe it is working Mojave and the need for restarts and force quit the finder to make things work.
My iPhone 5s/32 is going on 4 years for the factory battery and a TTPro check on it came back with 'Replace Battery" .. that is all it said basically .. did not make a screen shot.
I was taking the good office of Tech Tool to inform me of what is going on .. and a visit to the Genius Bar suffered another Diagnostics .. and the battery according to Apple is 87 % ... to bad ... keep longer.
TTP showing it at 93 % now on a recheck... regardless an Apple Diagnosis over the internet while at home is best done first to maybe save you a trip.
Prior test battery was below 40 % (it drains faster these days) .. and the second test battery was full charge (97 % capacity)
Apple will NOT swap out the battery until it is under 80 % ... as it is a toxic fill site thingy they claim.
No one wants to recycle dirt battery what so ever ...
Also .. on earlier model iPhone .. there is a battery check in the iOS preferences that will tell you with precision what your battery is doing health wise ... apparently on my 5s that function is not there.
